This holiday season, a group of Oakland based bloggers have teamed up to organize a Virtual Food Drive to raise money for the Alameda County Community Food Bank. We would love to have as many Oakland blogs participate in the Food Drive as possible.

We did it!
In Uncategorized on December 3, 2009 at 9:00 amAfter just two and a half weeks, the Blogoaksphere virtual food drive has met its goal of raising $2,000 for the Alameda County Community Food Bank! Much appreciation to everyone who gave and all the bloggers who participated. Also, the Food Bank needs as much help as they can get. So let’s keep going and see how much more we can raise by Christmas!
